ABSTRACT

 The extraordinary growth of international education in Australia and elsewhere offers educators, teachers and educational institutions unprecedented opportunities to do education differently. It offers us the chance to become ‘globally-oriented citizens’ who can challenge narrow nationalistic policies that are against the interests of humankind.
