SOCIAL ALTERNATIVES SHORT STORIES GUIDE

Social Alternatives is a not-for-profit journal publishing 4 times a year. Although the bulk of each issue contains theoretical articles on important social issues we also publish short stores and other fiction contributions. Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your writing.

Submission

Contributions can be submitted by email to d.fletcher@socialalternatives.com

· Save your story as a word file and send as an email attachment.

· Provide a separate title page containing your name and contact details.

· Font should be 12-point Times New Roman.

· Authors should provide a short biographic paragraph. This should include your institutional affiliation. You may wish to include contact details and research interests.

· Do not use Style Headings or elaborate fonts.

· Use single spaces after full stops.

· Punctuation: If the quotation completes a sentence, then the full stop occurs inside the inverted comma, if not, the full stop goes outside the inverted comma.
